随机型混流装配线的仿真研究

摘    要:针对随机型混流装配线平衡和排序问题的复杂性,利用Arena仿真软件建立了随机型混流装配线模型.该模型在现有的确定型混流装配线模型基础之上加入了实际装配过程中会遇到的不确定因素,如:不确定的产品投产时间、不确定的装配时间、不确定的传输时间、不确定的故障时间和不确定的返工时间等,使仿真结果更加符合实际生产情况.仿真结果表明...

Abstract:Aiming at the complexity of the balancing and sequencing problems of stochastic mixed-model assembly lines(MMAL),this paper uses Arena software to establish a stochastic model of MMAL in this work.In the model some uncertain factors encountered in the real assembly process are considered,such as production time,transfer time,failure time,rework time,and so on,which makes the simulation results more accord with the actual condition of production.The simulation results show that the loads of the work stations...
