缺陷信息上传功能在宝钢某冷轧的实现

宝钢某冷轧在多条机组安装表面缺陷检测设备后，为了充分利用表面缺陷检测仪的检测数据，通过过程机来接收检测设备的缺陷信息并进行筛选等处理，实现了重要的缺陷信息上传生产管理计算机及缺陷自动封闭功能。该功能的实现对类似产线缺陷信息的处理有一定的借鉴意义。

Implementation of defect message transmission in a cold mill plant of Baosteel

Since the automatic surface inspection system was installed in several lines at a cold mill plant of Baosteel, the defect data detected by the system have been fully utilized by the production management system to implement the automatic defect withdrawal function. This paper introduced the transmission of defect messages to the process computer, as well as the filtering and other data handling processes in the process computer to identify the most important defect messages and transmit them to the production management system. The implementation of defect message transimission in these lines provides a reference for processing defect messages in other similar lines.
