摘    要:针对钢丝绳缺陷检测装置应用的复杂现场,从钢丝绳无损检测原理出发,采用以C8051F005型单片机为核心,扩展液晶显示和基于PC机扩展USB接口通信的设计方案,开发了一套既可以单独在线实施检测并在液晶显示器上显示检测结果、又可与上位PC联机实现智能化检测诊断的低功耗、高精度钢丝绳缺陷无损检测装置。给出了系统硬件设计的基本原理、思路和软件实现方法等。系统在实验室条件下运行良好。

Design on Non-destructive Testing Device of Wire Ropes Based on SCM

Abstract:Aim at the complex working place of the wire rope testing device,from the principle of wire rope nondestructive testing,by adopting the design scheme of using C8051F005 MCU as the main part,extending the liquid crystal display and USB interface communication based on PC,this paper develops a wire rope nondestructive testing device with low power and high accuracy,which can not only carry out detection and the LCD display test results on line but also realize intelligent testing and diagnosis with PC. The paper introduces the basic principle and ideas of system hardware design,software implement method,etc. The system runs well in laboratory conditions.
