SCAL型间接空冷塔内外流场分析

摘    要:根据某SCAL型间接空冷系统塔底散热管束的实际尺寸和冷却三角的布置方式,对换热单元建立了详细的几何模型,并利用Fluent软件对空冷塔内外流场进行了三维数值模拟,探究了环境风速对其运行特性的影响。结果表明:环境风速高于4m/s时,塔外高速气流聚集在空冷塔两侧,受到横向风的切向力作用,侧风面进塔流速最小;空冷塔的通风量和塔出口速度随环境风速的增加呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。

Abstract:A detailed geometric model was established for heat transfer element of a SCAL indirect air cooling system according to the actual size of radiating tube bundle in tower bottom and the arrangement mode of cooling triangle, based on which three-dimensional numerical simulation was conducted to the internal and external flow field of the air cooling tower by Fluent software, while the influence of ambient wind velocity on its operating characteristics studied. Results indicate that when the ambient wind velocity is higher than 4 m/s, high-speed air flow collects at both sides of the tower, in which case the intake velocity is the lowest due to the tangential force of transverse wind; both the ventilation rate and outlet velocity of the air cooling tower increase first and decrease later on with the rise of ambient wind velocity.
