计算机在粘均分子量测量中的应用

摘    要:试图借助计算机来提高分析和处理实验数据的能力,以实现实时测量反应过程中高聚物分子量的目的。在粘度法测定聚乙烯醇分子量的实验中,使用乌式粘度计,应用外推法得到聚乙烯醇溶液的特性粘度,借助计算机处理数据,进行函数拟合,从而计算出高聚物的粘均分子量,提高了数据精度,缩短了研究周期。

Abstract:With the aid of computers to increase the capacity of analysis and data processing,scaling the molecular weight of polymers simultaneously in the process of reaction has been realized.In the experiment of scaling the molecular weight of PVA,Ubbelohde vis- cosity method was put forward for measuring the inherent viscosity.By using computers to deal with the data and fit the function,the molecular weight of PVA is calculated.This way the accuracy is increased and the research period is curtailed.
