| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗食管癌术后急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的疗效。方法:选取行食管癌根治术患者89例,术后并发ARDS 6例,应用大剂量氨溴索治疗,用药前、用药后3d及用药后7d动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)以及肺损伤评分。结果:6例患者,均治愈。结论:大剂量氨溴索对食管癌术后ARDS及肺损伤患者治疗具有一定效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect of large dose ambroxol in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) after esophageal carcinoma operation.Methods:Six of 89 patients undergoing the radical operation of esophageal carcinoma were complicated with ARDS,and treated with large dose ambroxol.Results:All 6 cases were cured,with satisfactory effect.Conclusion:It has a certain effect in the treatment of ARDS after esophageal carcinoma operation with large dose ambroxol. |
