GXHJ-1和SJ101两种烧结焊剂的性能对比

摘    要:为了比较 GXHJ- 1和 SJ101两种烧结焊剂的性能,分别从熔敷金属性能试验、实验室对接板试验、单丝焊生产、双丝焊生产等方面及在匹配 H08C焊丝的条件下进行了工艺性能和焊缝冲击韧性对比。结果表明,在熔敷金属性能试验方面,两种烧结焊剂的工艺性能和力学性能相当;在实验室对接板试验、单丝焊生产方面, SJ101烧结焊剂的工艺性能优于 GXHJ- 1烧结焊剂,两者的焊缝冲击韧性相当;在双丝焊生产方面, GXHJ- 1烧结焊剂的工艺性能、焊缝冲击韧性均优于 SJ101烧结焊剂。

Contrast studies on properties of GXHJ-1 and SJ101 sintered weld agents
Abstract:: To get a property comparison of GXHJ- 1 sintered welding agent with SJ101 sintered welding agent, related tests were carried out, including deposited metal test, lab butt- joint plate test, single- welding stick operation test, double- welding stick operation test as well as operation test with H08C welding stick, focusing differences of the two in terms of technological properties and weld seam impact toughness. The result of deposited metal test shows that the two welding agents are almost the same in technological property and mechanical property; the results of lab butt- joint plate test and single- welding stick operation test show that SJ101 is better than GXHJ- 1 in technological property, and that the two are similar in weld- seam impact toughness; and the results of double- welding stick operation test show that GXHJ- 1 is better than SJ101 in both technological property and weld- seam impact toughness.
