半自磨机顽石作为介质在实验室小型磨机中的磨损与磨矿规律研究

摘    要:本文对利用大量堆积的半自磨机顽石作为介质在实验室小型磨机内的磨损和磨矿规律进行了研究。针对来自于江西铜业集团银山矿业的样品和顽石,开展了单独顽石自身损耗的试验研究和顽石的磨矿效果试验研究,包括:磨矿时间、充填率、磨矿浓度和顽石大小等条件试验。试验结果表明:半自磨机顽石可以作为介质在磨机内使用,其损耗量相比较于传统钢球的损耗量(大约0.05%)是较大的,一般为1-2%之间。顽石的磨损率随着时间基本呈现线性增加的关系,随着充填率先增加后减小,在40%充填率时达到最大磨损,随着浓度也是先增加后减小,随着顽石尺寸增大而急剧增加。磨矿细度随时间的趋势呈现刚开始增加很快,过了20 min后趋势基本变平缓,在30%-70%充填率之间呈现逐步下降的趋势,随浓度增加呈现先上升后下降趋势,在60%浓度时达到最大细度,同时过粉碎粒级(-10μm)含量也达到最大,随顽石尺寸增大呈现先上升后下降的趋势,-40 30 mm大小的顽石磨矿效果是最好的。同时,在不同条件下的最终产品粒度曲线基本相似,-0.125 0.045 mm粒级的磨矿速率是最大的。

Abstract:In this paper, the wear and grinding of a large number of accumulation pebbles produced from SAG were studied in the laboratory scale mills. For the Samples and pebbles came from Yinshan Mineral Industry Company of Jiangxi Copper Corporation, the alone pebble wear and pebble grinding effect tests were carried out. The results showed that the SAG pebble can be used as a media in the mill, the wastage is larger than the steel ball wastage (about 0.05%), typically 1-2%. The wear rate of pebble is linear increased with the time, first increased then decreased with the filling rates, first increased then decreased with the concentration, increased dramatically with the pebble size, maximum wear when filling rate is 40%. The trend of fineness with time is increased quickly, flatted after the 20 min, gradually declined between the filling rate of 30% to 70%, declined after rising with the concentration, declined after rising with the pebble size. Maximum fineness and maximum content of -10 microns achieved when the concentration is 60% and the best grinding effect achieved when the pebble is -40 30 mm fractions. At the same time, grading curves of final product are similar under different conditions, the grinding rate of -0.125 0.045 mm fraction is the biggest.
