VSM模型在电信行业中的应用

VSM Model in the Application of the Telecom Industry

With the restucturing of the telecomunication industry,the competition between the various enterprises is becoming more insentive. How to develop marketing strategies for different customers to enable businesses to maximize profit is already a very important thing. A model based on VSM is put forward and the fundamental idea of TFIDF algorithm is applied. With the two above,a typical TFIDF algorithm suitable for telecom industry is determined. By using this algorithm,where the lost customers go and where new customers come from can be found out. With comparison between customers consumption behaviors,the cause of the loss of customers can be analyzed,which offers reference to marketing department to make marketing strategies.
