摘    要:利用Michelson干涉仪的工作原理及光折变聚合物的光敏特性,提出了用Michelson干涉仪直接测量光折变聚合物折射率调制度的方法。利用制作的光折变聚合物样品,测得的数据与文献报道一致,分析了测量误差的影响因素,实验误差为3.78%,进而验证了该方法的可行性,并可以发展为光聚合物折射率调制度测量的通用平台。

Abstract:Modulation degree of refractive index is an important parameter for photorefraetive polymer, which used for information storage. This paper introduces a method to measure the modulation degree of refractive index by Michelson interferometer from understanding operating principle of Michelson interferometer and photosensitivity of photorefractive polymer. Experimental result using polymer sample made in our lab is in accord with the reported data. Factors affecting measuring result are also analyzed and the experimental error is 3.78%. Then the method in this paper is verified feasible and can be developed as universal method for measuring modulation degree of refractive index of photopolymer.
