烟叶烘烤调制自动控制系统研究

摘    要:针对烟叶烘烤调制环节存在的效率低、劳动强度高、消耗大、产品质量难以得到保证等问题,分析了现行烘烤调制工艺,并对其做了调整;设计了烟叶烘烤调制自动控制系统,开发了温度湿度检测报警系统,并在热风强制循环式堆积烤房上得到了试验验证。

Abstract:In this paper, in order to resolve the problems such as low efficiency, high labor intensity, high energy consumption and incapability in assuring the product quality in curing process of tobacco, based on the analysis on existing curing technology the adjustments of existing curing technology were worked out. Software and hardware of automatic control system on curing technology of tobacco were designed. Temperature and humidity measurement and alarm systems were developed. Feasibility of automatic control on coal curing house was studied. The experimental study was conducted in forced recirculating cure house.
