均相成核和非均相成核碳质中间相的异同

摘    要:为系统研究均相成核和非均相成核碳质中间相的异同,以一种几乎不含喹啉不溶物和一种含有较多喹啉不溶物的煤焦油沥青为原料分别制备了两种成核体系的碳质中间相。通过研究它们的形成发展过程和内部结构特征,发现两种不同体系的碳质中间相具有不同的成核方式和生长过程,且它们的内部结构差异很大,可以用于不同炭材料生产的前驱体。虽然它们的具体生长过程不同,但这两种不同成核体系生成的碳质中间相遵循相同的形成机理,即"颗粒基本单元构筑"机理。

Abstract:To study systematically the similarities and differences of carbonaceous mesophases derived from homogenous and heterogeneous systems, two kinds of coal tar pitches,i.e.,one without quinoline insolubles and the other one with many quinoline insolubles, were used as precursors to prepare carbonaceous mesophase according to the two nucleation possibilities. By investigating the formation and development of carbonaceous mesophases and their structures, it has been found that carbonaceous mesophases formed according to different nucleation processes have very different nucleation manners and evolution processes and their textures differ very much. Despite of many differences existing in the two kinds of carbonaceous mesophases, they follow similar formation mechanism, i.e., Building from Granular Basic Units.
