摘    要:介绍了紫外透光率(简称UV值)是衡量聚酯级乙二醇产品质量的一项重要指标,该项指标规定,在波长220nm、275nm和350nm,当液层厚度为10mm时,紫外透光率应分别大于70%、90%和98%。由于这一指标能灵敏反映乙二醇的质量状况,国际上普遍通过该项指标的控制来保证产品的质量,如其不合格将影响乙二醇产品的色相和白度。因而,准确及时地测定乙二醇产品中紫外透光率对乙二醇装置生产非常重要。讲述了用紫外分光光度计测定乙二醇中紫外透光率的方法并对影响该方法的因素进行了讨论。

Abstract:It shows that each UV transmittance, a special specification of Ethylene-glycol (EG), should be more than 70%, 80% and 98% at the wavelength of 220nm, 250nm and 350nm. If this requirement is not met, both color and whiteness of the product will be affected. So, it is very important that UV transmittance of EG was exactly and quickly determined. In this work, the UV-visible spectrophotometer was adopted for determining the UV transmittance. The results show that the method is easy establishied and have good precision. The impact factors about the method are discussed.
