小波神经网络在提升设备故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:介绍小波神经网络的构成和学习算法,并针对提升机减速箱故障的复杂性构造了用于减速箱故障诊断的小波神经网络,对减速箱的状态进行判别,实现了故障诊断。实验结果表明,小波神经网络在减速箱故障诊断领域具有良好的实用性。

Abstract:The structure and learning algorithm of wavelet neural network are introduced.Considering the complexity of the faults of decelerated box in the hoist equipment,a wavelet neural network is designed to diagnose the faults of decelerated box,which can be used to judge the conditions of decelerated box.And then its fault diagnosis is realized.The experimental results show that the wavelet neural network is very practical in diagnosing the faults of decelerated box.
