摘    要:论述了长庆石油勘探局在油气井固井过程中存在的主要生产难题———水泥返高不足和注水泥井段胶结质量不理想;分析了影响固井质量的主要因素———水泥浆体系质量较差、井漏、长裸眼井段顶替效率不高、水泥浆凝结过程中油气水侵;提出了提高全井封固质量的技术对策、提高天然气井注水泥质量的主要工艺技术以及套管防腐技术。这套技术大幅度提高了低压易漏井段和油气水活跃产层的注水泥质量,油气层合格率由攻关前的80%提高到99%;油气井优质率分别达到78.1%和77.7%以上。不但为简化井身结构开发方案提供了技术保障,而且为低压易漏长封固井段提高注水泥质量提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:The main difficult problems-insufficient fill up and non ideal bond quality of cemented hole interval-existed in the process of oil and gas well cementing in Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau are expounded,the main factors influencing cementing quality-worse cement slurry system quality,lost circulation,lower replacing efficiency in long open hole interval and oil,gas and water cuttings in the setting course of cement slurry-are analyzed and the technical countermeasures to improve the sealing and consolidating quality of full hole,the main technology to improve the cementing quality of gas well and the anti corrosion technique for casing are put forward.By applying these techniques,the cementing quality of the low pressure and easy to loss hole interval and that of the productive zone where oil,gas and water are active,have been greatly improved,the qualification rate of oil and gas bearing formations being raised from 80% before improving to 99% at present and the high quality rate of oil and gas wells reaching over 78.1% and 77.7% respectively,which not only gives a technical security for the development plan by simplifying casing program but also provides a valuable experience for improving the cementing quality of low pressure and easy to loss long open hole.
