| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者心电图特点。方法：对100例甲状腺功能亢进患心电图进行回顾性分析。结果：多数甲状腺功能亢进患者都有不同形式的心电图异常，其中以心动过速、心房颤动、左室高电压、ST-T异常多见。结论：甲状腺功能亢进可引起多种形式电图异常，治疗前后心电图表现可作为甲亢疗效的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore electrocardiographic feature of patient with hyperthyroidism. Method: We analysed electrocardiograms (ECG) of 100 patients with hyperthyroidism. Result: The ECG, of majiority of patient with hyperthyroidism were abnormal, in which sinus tachycadia, atriafibrillation, high QRS wave and abnormal ST-T were the most common. Conclusion: Hyperthyroidism can induce multiform abnormal ECG, it be index refered of curative effect before and after treatment. |
