眼科手术患者用药依从性及焦虑情绪的影响因素和护理对策

目的 探讨影响眼科手术患者用药依从性和焦虑情绪的因素,并提出有效的护理对策。 方法 选取2014年6月-2016年6月175例眼科住院患者,依据患者服药依从性和焦虑状况对其进行分组,并采用单因素分析找出影响眼科手术患者用药依从性和焦虑的因素。 结果 影响患者用药依从性的因素包括对药物价格的直观感觉、是否掌握疾病基本知识、用药次数、是否被告知详细的用药方法;影响患者焦虑的因素包括年龄、文化程度、收入水平、婚姻状况。 结论 在眼科手术患者的护理中应加强心理干预、健康教育、家庭支持,并提供合理的治疗方案以提高患者用药依从性,减轻患者的焦虑,从而提高治疗效果。

The influencing factors of perioperative compliance and anxiety of ophthalmic surgery patients and their nursing strategies

Objectve To explore the influencing factors that affecting drug compliance and anxiety among ophthalmic surgery patients, so as to put forward effective nursing interventions. Methods Totally 175 ophthalmology patients to receive surgeries between June 2014 and June 2016 were divided into different groups according to their compliance and anxiety condition. Single factor analysis was conducted to find out the influencing factors for medication compliance and anxiety. Results The influencing factors of the medication compliance included individual feeling of drug prices, the awareness of the disease, medication times and whether to be informed of detailed drug taking methods, while those of the anxiety included age, education level, income and marital status. Conclusion Psychological counseling, health education and family support, in addition to reasonable treatment can effectively reduce the level of anxiety , improve the compliance of patients and promote the therapeutic effect.
