高氧液治疗急性脑血管病的疗效分析

目的　观察高氧液治疗急性脑血管病的疗效。方法　选择急性脑血管病患者 170例 ,随机分为两组 ,高氧液组 (H组 )和对照组 (C组 )各 85例 ,两组病例的临床资料及用药基本一致。高氧液组则将常规液体 5 0 0ml制备成高氧液 ,再加入相应药物 ,每日 1次 ,14d为 1个疗程。结果　治疗后高氧液组有效率94 12 % ,对照组有效率 72 94 % ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗 14d后进行神经功能缺损评分 ,高氧液组明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　高氧液治疗急性脑血管病疗效明显。

Therapeutic effects of hyperoxia solution on acute cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To observe the effect of hyperoxia solution in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 170 patients who suffered from acute cerebrovascular diseases were divided into two groups:hyperoxia solution group(group H,n=85) and control group(group C,n=85),all patients in this study were treated with same routine scheme for acute cerebrovascular diseases.500ml routine solution and hyperoxia solution were intravenously dripped in group C and group H once per day,respectively,for 14 days.Results The effective rate in group H was significantly higher than that in group C(94.12% vs 72.94%,P<0.05).The neurological function deficit score in group H were significantly lower compared with group C(P<0.05).Conclusion A combination of hyperoxia solution and routine scheme is an effective therapeutic method for acute cerebrovascular diseases.
