摘    要:目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪在治疗高血压脑出血中的应用价值.方法 选择我院2011-09-2013-01收治并已行7 d常规治疗的高血压脑出血患者80例,按不同治疗方式随机均分为对照组(继续行常规治疗)和实验组(常规治疗基础上给予丹参川芎嗪治疗),对2组患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果 实验组总显效率87.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);实验组治疗14、28 d后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血肿及水肿体积较对照组明显减少(P<0.05).结论 丹参川芎嗪治疗高血压脑出血引起的颅内血肿效果显著,能够促进血肿吸收,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from September 2011 to January 2013 were divided into control group(conventional therapy) and experimental group(conventional therapy and then given salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine) ,and the efficacy of two groups were compared after treatment. Results The total effec- tive rate of experimental group was 87.5% ,which was significantly higher than that of control group(72.5%)(P~0.05); the neurological deficit score of experimental group were all significantly lower than that of control group at 14, 28days after treat- ment (P~0.05) ; the volume of intracranial hematoma and encephaledema were al significantly decreased in experimental group at 14, 28 days after treatment. Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine has a significant effects on treating intracrani- al hematoma caused by hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and is worthy of clinical application.
