大学生生活困扰相关因素的调查分析

目的]调查了解大学生生活和学习的相关事件及其对生活困扰的影响。方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法，进行无记名问卷调查。问卷内容包括：学习生活、人际关系、家庭因素、社会环境的适应性等17个方面与大学生学习和生活有关的事件。结果]调查结果显示约有76．9％的大学生认为考试失败或成绩不理想对生活困扰的影响很大，而47．5％和46．8％的大学生认为学习和生活环境中干扰大以及学习负担过重也对生活困扰的产生较大影响。分析发现被调查大学生受其相关事件影响程度低年级明显高于高年级学生；家庭经济困难因素也可对大学生生活产生困扰，并且来自农村的大学生受其影响的程度明显大干来自城市的学生（37．4％VS21，5％）。与学习有关事件的影响因素及程度依次为：学习成绩＞家庭因素＞人际关系；与心理素质有关的因素的影响依次为：学习因素＞人际关系。结论]大学生生活困扰与在校期闻学习成绩及人际关系等因素密切相关，因此，应加强大学生的人文和心理素质教育。

ANALYSIS ON MULTIPLE EVENTS RELATED TO THE PSYCHOLOGICAL DEPRESSION ON LIVES AND STUDY OF COLLEGE STUDENTS

Objective]To investigate the events affecting lives of college students and their influence on the psychological depression of college students.Methods]Questionnaire survey was conducted with stratified cluster sampling.There were 17 events related to the study life of college students in the questionnaire,including the subject scores,interpersonal relationship,living condition,adptability to social enviroment and so on.Results]76.9% of the students were depressed by the failure of the exam,47.5% and 46.8% were affected by the disturbances from the environment and overburden of study.The low grade students were significantly depressed than the high grade students.About 37.4% of the students came from the rural area had greater pressure than those from the urban(21.5%).The rank of events affecting the depression of the students was:the academic performance > living condition > interpersonal relationship,and the influences of events related to the psychological quality were academic performance and interpersonal relation in order.Conclusions]The psychological depression of college students are significantly related to the academic performance and communication,so quality education should be strengthed.
