摆线针轮行星齿轮机构回转精度的仿真研究

摘    要:利用质量弹簧等价模型法建立了摆线针轮行星齿轮传动机构回转精度分析的数学模型。以VC++和MAT-LAB分别作为前后台程序开发语言,结合接口技术研制出了摆线针轮行星齿轮机构回转精度的仿真软件,并根据实例验证了仿真结果。采用前后台分离的设计方法实现了仿真软件极强的可扩展性,为在计算机上进行类似的传动精度仿真提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:A mathematical model for rotational accuracy analysis of pin-cycloid planetary gear mechanisms is established by using a mass-spring equivalent model.A simulation software for the analysis is developed through using VC~(++) and Matlab as foreground and background program development languages respectively and in combination with interface technology.Simulation results agree well with experimental instances.The separation of foreground from background brings about strong expansibility for the software and offers a new way of thinking for similar accuracy simulation by computers.
