摘    要:阐述了化工过程能量集成理论,指出化工企业能量集成有效途径。并结合磷化工企业黄磷尾气综合利用和硫铁矿制酸企业硫酸装置余热利用实践取得能量优化和污染物减排效果,揭示了化工企业实现节能减排路线,为化工企业解决用能瓶颈、制定化工过程系统能量集成策略提供科学依据。

Abstract:The theory of energy integration in chemical process was described,and effective ways to chemical energy integration were pointed out.Combination of phosphorus acid tail gas utilization in phosphorus chemical plants and waste heat utilization in sulfuric acid plants,the route to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction of the chemical industry was revealed,which can be used for solving bottlenecks in the chemical enterprises and provide a scientific basis for developing the energy integration in chemical process systems.
