壮药白莲Ⅰ号方对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180影响的初步研究

目的:观察壮药白莲Ⅰ号方对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180的抑瘤作用和其对胸腺及脾脏的影响。方法:建立小鼠移植肉瘤S180模型。用大、中、小剂量壮药白莲Ⅰ号方及环磷酰胺治疗肉瘤S180小鼠,观察其抑瘤率及胸腺及脾脏指数。结果:白莲Ⅰ号方高、中剂量对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为43.32%、37.13%,均大于30%,并能逆转胸腺指数、脾指数的异常改变,改善荷瘤小鼠的生存质量。结论:白莲Ⅰ号方能有效抑制小鼠S180实体瘤的生长,存在量效关系;白莲Ⅰ号方能保护荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官,具有良好的免疫调节作用。

A Pilot Study on Effects of Zhuangyao Bailian No.1 Formula on Transplanted S180 Tumor in Mice

Objective:To observe the tumor-inhabiting effects of Zhuangyao Bailian No.1 Formula on transplanted S180 tumor as well as its effects on thymus and spleen in mice.Methods:Mice with transplanted S180 tumor were treated,either with high,intermediate and low doses of Zhuangyao Bailian No.1 Formula,respectively or with cyclophosphamide(CTX).Then the inhibiting rate,the thymus index and the spleen index were observed.Results:In the high-dose and intermediate-dose groups,the tumor-inhibiting rates were 43.32% and 37.13%,respectively;the abnormal thymus indices and spleen indices were restored;and the living quality of mice was improved.Conclusions:Zhuangyao Bailian No.1 Formula can effectively inhibit the growth of transplanted S180 tumor with dose-effect relationship.It also indicates its immune regulatory function by protecting the immune organs in mice.
