固体绝缘气隙局部放电模型构建与仿真研究

摘    要:为了从理论上分析固体绝缘中气隙局部放电过程,研究其放电危害,基于等离子理论,修正了基于气隙电阻变化的局部放电模型,建立了新的固体绝缘气隙局部放电的物理模型。采用该模型对单气隙局部放电过程进行了MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真,研究了气隙气压、气隙气体相对介电常数和试品相对介电常数对放电特性的影响。仿真结果能准确的描述气隙局部放电过程,验证了该模型的正确性。结果表明提高气隙气压、增大气隙气体相对介电常数和减小试品的相对介电常数都可以减少气隙放电次数。加深了局部放电对固体绝缘破坏机理的认识,为局部放电在线监测提供依据。

Abstract:In order to analysis the partial discharge(PD) progress in void of Solid insulation theoretically,and research its harm,The model based on semi-conductive process of resistance in PD is corrected,the new physical model of PD based on the plasma theory is constructed.The PD process of single void in epoxy resin was simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK.The influence of the gas pressure and relative dielectric constant of gap and relative dielectric constant of sample on the discharge characteristics is also studied.The results of simulation can describe the PD process accurately,which validated the correctness of the model.The result shows that number of PD in single void can be reduced by increasing relative dielectric constant and air pressure,reducing relative dielectric constant of the sample.It deepens the understanding of the mechanism of PD,and provides the basis for online monitoring technology on PD.
