某隔板起爆器冲击起爆过程的数值模拟与实验研究

摘    要:为了提高火工品的可靠性设计水平,将数值模拟技术引入隔板起爆器的设计中.利用LS-DYNA软件对某隔板起爆器隔板传爆过程进行模拟,计算得出可靠传爆不会穿透隔板的隔板厚度介于2.0 mm与5.0 mm之间.验证试验结果表明当隔板厚度为1.5~2.4 mm时,隔板能够完成正常功能,计算结果与实验结果基本吻合.

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability design of initiating device, the numerical simulation of technology is introduced into the design of bulkhead initiator in this paper. The LS-DYNA software is applied to simulate the bulkhead explosion transmission of bulkhead initiator. The simulation result shows that when the thickness of bulkhead between 2.0mm and 5.0mm,the bulkhead will transmit shock wave well and not be penetrated. The test shows that the bulkhead initiator can perform its normal function when the thickness of bulkhead between1.5mm and 2.4mm.The simulation result agrees with the test result.
