| 摘 要： | 目的为准确鉴别秦艽和麻花秦艽种子提供形态学依据。方法采用扫描电镜法对秦艽及麻花秦艽种子种皮表面超微特征进行比较观察。结果秦艽与麻花秦艽种子之间在种皮表面超微结构特征上具有一定差别。结论秦艽和麻花秦艽种子表皮的微形态差异可以作为二者鉴别的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the morphological basis for identify exactly seeds of Gentiana macrophylla Pall.and Gentiana straminea Maxim..Methods Observed and compared the surface ultrastructures of seed coats of Gentiana macrophylla Pall.and Gentiana straminea Maxim.by SEM.Results It showed that the surface ultrastructures of seed coats of Gentiana macrophylla Pall.differed from Gentiana straminea Maxim..Conclusion Their difference of surface ultrastructures may make a basis of identify. |
