空间弧面凸轮毛坯等温模锻工艺研究

弧面分度凸轮机构在各种自动机和自动生产线上逐步替代传统分度机构，但弧面分度凸轮廓面为一空间不可展开旋面，制约了弧面凸轮的高效、大批量生产，并成为弧面凸轮批量生产的瓶颈。本文提出采用提高弧面分度凸轮性能、改善其工艺性、降低成本的净形或近似净形等温锻成型工艺的毛坯替代传统棒料毛坯工艺方案。
