内置叶片型静态混合器结构优化研究

摘    要:为提高静态混合器对过程气与空气的混合效果,基于CFD方法,对内置叶片型静态混合器不同叶片数量、排列方式进行了数值模拟计算.对比分析内部的速度、湍流、组分等分布情况,提出一种新型结构,为内置叶片型静态混合器设计提供参考依据.

Abstract:To improve the process gas and air mixing of the static mixer,based on CFD methods,the built-in static mixer blade with different number of leaves and arrangement is simulated numerically.The distribution of the internal speed,turbulence,components is analyzed comparatively,and a new structure proposed is a reference for designing the built-in blade-type static mixer.
