| 摘 要： | 带式输送机的主要部件托辊的质量，将直接影响到整机的正常运行、使用寿命和电机的能耗。在GB10595-1989《带式输送机技术条件》中，对托辊的质量制定了严格的标准。我国目前普遍使用的带式输送机托辊与国外托辊相比，存在以下差距：

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the developed new type of long lifespan support roller with manufactur-free matching slot, which has greater improvement in structure, technology and material. It is verified by industrial production that each technical index is up to international advanced level and employment lifespan exceeds 60,000h. |
