| 摘 要： | 20只狗作了高位胃肠道外瘘堵瘘实验。人工形成胃空肠吻合口、空肠空肠吻合口、十二指肠降部及十二指肠残端瘘。瘘口小者0.5cm、大者2.0cm大小。堵瘘前24小时漏出液500～1000ml。堵瘘后无明显胃肠液外溢。临床应用两例。一例为胃十二指肠吻合口瘘，另一例为胆囊空肠吻合口瘘，均于术后7天发生。瘘口分别为1.0和1.2cm大小。堵瘘前24小时漏出液约1500ml。堵瘘后无明显胃肠液外溢。患者能进食，自由走动。

| Abstract: | 20 dogs of experimental gastrointestinal external fistula here treated with diploballon catheter, 20 dogs inflicted with experimental anastomotic leakage of gastrointestinal tractwere studied. They included gastrojejunal, jejunojunal anastomotic leakage and duodenal fistula following gastrectomy. The size of the leakage of fistula was from 0.5 to 2.0cm. Before blocking up, the output from leakage or fistula was 500?000ml par 24 hours. After blocking up, little or no leakage of fluid occurred.
2 patients of anastomotic leakage have been treated. They occurred following gastrectomy and cholecystojejunostomy. The size of the openings was i.o and 1.2cm respectively. Leakage occurred within 7 days after operations. After management by diploballon catheter blocking, the patients were able to eat and drink and freely walkeb. |
