既有高速铁路接触网提质达速关键技术研究

摘    要:高速铁路速度由300 km/h提速到350 km/h国内还没有先例,目前新建高速铁路接触网施工技术无法满足高铁提速改造施工的要求。以成渝高铁接触网提质达速为研究对象,对既有接触网弹性吊索张力状态下对接触网的影响、接触线张力增加后引起的接触网几何参数的变化进行研究,包括接触线高度、拉出值、坡度、弹性吊索张力等。通过研究找到解决问题的方法,最终实现接触线张力增加、吊弦更换一次到位施工技术,确保当前及提质达速完成后的运营安全,对今后高速铁路提速改造具有重要意义。

Abstract:There is no precedent for high-speed railway to increase speed from 300 km/h to 350 km/h in China.At present,the construction technology of overhead contact system of newly-built high-speed railway can not meet the requirements of high-speed railway reconstruction.Taking Chengdu-Chongqing High-speed Railway as the research object,this paper studies the influence of the elastic sling tension on the catenary under the tension state of the existing catenary and the change of the catenary geometric parameters caused by the increase of the catenary tension.The research includes contact wire height,pull-out value,slope,elastic sling tension,etc.Through the research to find a solution to the problem,and finally realize the construction technology of increasing the contact wire tension and replacing the hanging string once in place,so as to ensure the operation safety at present and after the completion of the quality improvement and speed up,which is of great significance for the future speed-up transformation of high-speed railway.
