动车所调车防护系统应答器设置及控制方案研究

摘    要:动车所调车防护系统为动车所内调车作业提供安全防护,其应答器设置及控制方案极其重要。针对存车线受动车存放需求、平交道位置影响,咽喉区受折返作业、差置调车信号机、道岔区段调车信号机等影响,提出不同情况下调车应答器组具体设置方案,这对规范中调车应答器设置进行了补充、明确;针对集中式和分散式调车防护系统这两种应答器控制方案,从系统差异、工程实施难度、产品可靠性、维护工作量、投资等方面进行比选,并提出两种方案的工程设计应用建议。本文的研究结论对动车所调车防护系统应答器设置及控制方案的选择具有重要的参考意义。

Abstract:The shunting protection system of the EMU depot provides safety protection for the shunting operations,the balise setting and control scheme is very essential.Considering the influences that the requirements for parking different type of trains and position of level-crossing for the storage siding track,and the influences that the turn-back operation,the differential shunting signal and the shunting signal within the turnout area for the throat area,the balise application scheme is proposed for these different situations,it makes a good clarification and supplement for related standard and codes of shunting balise application;for the centralized and decentralized control scheme for shunting protection balise,the comparison is carried out in the aspects of system architecture difference,construction difficulty,reliability,maintainability and investment,then the application recommendations for the project design are proposed for these two schemes.The research conclusions make important significant reference for the design of shunting protection system in EMU depot.
