锰对小鼠生育指数和生精上皮细胞数影响

摘    要:目的研究锰对雄性小鼠生殖能力的影响,并探讨其时问一效应和剂量一效应关系。方法将雄性小鼠随机分为3个染锰组和1个对照组,分别给予腹腔注射7.5,15.0,30.0me,/kg氯化锰和生理盐水,于染锰第3,7,14,28,56d处死小鼠5只/组。观察小鼠睾丸脏器系数和染锰56d各组雄性小鼠生殖能力、曲细精管横截面积及生精上皮细胞数量。结果染锰56d,与对照组比较,15和30mg/kg组睾丸脏器系数差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);30mg/kg组生育指数和总死胎率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.05);3个染锰组的平均着床数与平均活胎率差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);曲细精管横截面积和生精上皮细胞数差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论各剂量的MnCl2对雄性小鼠生殖能力均有损害作用,以染锰56d,30mg/kg对雄性小鼠生殖能力的损害最为严重。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of manganese chloride on reproductive function of male mice,and explore the dose-effects,and time-effects.Methods The mice were randomly divided into three treatment groups with manganese chloride(7.5,15.0,30.0 mg/kg) and 1 control group with NS.To observe the weight coefficient of testis after 5 different periods (3,7,14,28,56d) i.p.administration MnCl2(7.5,15.0,30.0mg/kg),the reproductive ability of male mice,changes of cross section area of seminiferous tubule and quantity of seminiferous epithelium cell were investigated after 56 d of manganese exposure.Results After 56-day manganese exposure,the weight coefficient of testis in 15,30 mg/kg groups had distinctive difference as compared with control group(p<0.05,p<0.01);the exponent of birth and the radio of dead fetus in 30 mg/kg group had significant difference as compared with control group(p<0.05,p<0.05);and the average of live fetus and ratio of nidation in 3 manganese exposure groups had distinctive difference as compared with control group(p<0.01);cross section area of seminiferous tubule and quantity of seminiferous epithelium cell as compared with control group;the difference had statistical significance(p<0.01).Conclusion The reproductive ability of male mice,it was the most serious in 30 mg/kg group after 56-day manganese exposure.
