液压凿岩机冲击压力及冲击性能仿真研究

摘    要:提出了基于液压油液受压缩建立液压凿岩机工作压力的理论,在此基础上建立数学模型,并以Atlascop1238LE液压凿岩机为研究对象,耦合了蓄能器,建立Amesim仿真平台,对其进行仿真和分析,验证了上述理论的合理性,同时揭示了冲击性能、工作压力与输入流量、活塞质量、活塞油压作用面积、蓄能器充气压力之间的关系,对液压凿岩机的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:This article puts forward a theory that the compressed hydraulic oil exerts working pressure of hydraulic drifter,and based on this theory,it established the mathematical model;moreover it took Atlas cop1238LE hydraulic drifter as the research object and coupled to the accumulator to establish a simulation platform of Amesim,which is simulated and analysed to verify the reasonableness of the theory.At the same time,this article revealed the relationship between impact power,impact frequency and working pres...
