摘    要:目的探寻一种稳定、可靠、相对简单易行的大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注模型鼠的制作方法。方法将大鼠随机均分为实验组和对照组,实验组按改进后的方法进行造模,对照组按传统的Zea Longa的线栓法造模。造模成功后行神经功能缺损评分、大鼠脑梗死体积、造模成功率的比较。结果实验组与对照组在神经功能缺损评分、大鼠脑梗死体积和造模成功率的比较上无统计学意义。结论技术改进后的线栓法在制备MCAO模型鼠上是一种稳定、可靠、可重复率高、相对简单易行的方法。

Abstract:Objective To search for a stable, reliable and relatively simple method of making middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)/reperfusion model rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: experimental group and control group subject to modified model preparation and traditional Zea Longa, s model preparation respectively. Then compared neurological deficit score, infarct volume of brain and the success rate between two groups. Results Comparison between the experimental group and the control group in the neurological deficit score, infarct volume of brain and success rate showed no statistical significance. Conclusions The improved technique of monofilament is stable, reliable, high repetition rate and relatively simple method of preparing MCAO model rats.
