高良姜不同部位无机元素含量及其溶出率的研究

摘    要:用等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)对高良姜根、茎、叶及其水煎液无机元素含量进行测定,在根、茎、叶中共有的17种元素中,大多数元素的含量分布是根<茎<叶,各元素在水煎液中的溶出率相差较大。Zn和Mn两种人体必需微量元素含量丰富。
