基于热力学的硬质合金刀具加工钛合金的研究

摘    要:钛合金因其性能的优越性,在航空、航天、石油、化工、汽车等工业领域得到了广泛应用,本文从热力学的角度研究碳化钨基硬质合金刀具和碳化钛基硬质合金刀具加工钛合金时的溶解扩散磨损特点,对两类刀具材料与钛合金的亲和性做了热力学分析,结果表明碳化钨基硬质合金刀具更适合加工钛合金。

Abstract:Titanium and its alloys are used widely in aerospace,petroleum,chemical,automotive and other industrial fields because of their excellent properties.In this paper,the dissolution diffusion wear characteristics for WC and TiC carbide tools when machining titanium and its alloys were studied.Meanwhile their compatibilities with titanium and its alloys were also analyzed in thermodynamics,the results showed that WC carbide tools was more suitabale for machining titanium and its alloys.
