摘    要:通过对淮南顾桥井田5口地面煤层气试验井的开发地质条件及开发现状进行分析,并对影响煤层气单井产量的关键因素进行了讨论。结果表明,顾桥井田煤层气井产量主要受地质条件和压裂改造、排采控制等工程条件影响。渗透率低、微孔发育、煤岩体力学性能以及地应力大小和地应力方向等是影响整个井田煤层气产量的主要地质因素;压裂规模和压裂液返排率低等储层改造参数对顾桥井田煤层气井产能也能产生重要影响;层间距大且合层开发层间干扰、煤层非均质性严重造成排采参数波动是影响试验井煤层气产量的主要排采控制因素。

Influence Factors of coalbed methane production rate of multi-coalbeds commingled production in Guqiao coal field
Abstract:This paper aimed at defining the key factors that influence coalbed methane production rate of Guqiao coal field through analyzing geological conditions and the status of five CBM test wells development. And the research results show that flow rate is dominated by two kinds of factors:geology and engineering. Among them, geological factors that lead to low gas rate mainly include low permeability, well developed microporem low elasticity modulus and high Poisson's ratio. And the engineering factors are the direction of crustal stress, reservoir parameters of fracturing scale, low fracturing fluid flowback rate and so on. Besides, severe heterogeneity and commingled production with great distance between layers make it even harder to maintain a high gas production rate in Guqian coal field.
