| 摘 要： | "心斋"、"坐忘"是庄子哲学追求的必要心理过程,是一种虚静超脱的心理状态,其目的在于体道,寻求一种逍遥自由、适意自得的、艺术的、审美的人生境界."心斋"、"坐忘"说蕴涵着丰富深刻的美学意味."心斋"、"坐忘"的美学思想对艺术创作具有深刻影响.

| Abstract: | The fasting of the mind and "Sit and forget" describe and summarize deep contact between human being and "Tao". Actually, these two theories represent an empty- quiet state of mind. The aesthetic spirit of the two theories is an artistic life realm, which can be reached by learning "Tao" completely. Besides, there is an illuminating remark towards artistic creation made by these two theories: a calm heart will make success in the process of the creation. |
