| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管自分泌或旁分泌功能.方法将大鼠的肠系膜血管网分离并进行体外灌流,用高效液相色谱法(highperformance liquid chronatograpjy,HPLC)分析测定SD大鼠肠系膜血管网灌注液中是否具有胰岛素样物质分泌.结果大鼠肠系膜血管网具有合成分泌类胰岛素样物质的功能.结论建立了HPLC分析检测类胰岛素的方法,提示该方法准确快速,仪器检测灵敏度高,分析重现性好,回收率高. |

Detection of insulin-like substance in rat mesenteric arteries by high performance liquid chromatography |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the secretion mechanism of blood vessel Methods Insulin-like substancs in rat mesenteric arteries were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Result It was found that the arteries could secret method in measure insulin-like substance with HPLC, the correlation coefficient of standard curve was 99 7% and the recovery rate was 88 9% Conclusion The methods were accurate, rapid for detecting insulin-like substancs, and hasa good reappearance and recovery rate |
