局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同期放化疗与化疗疗效对比分析

目的：探讨对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，观察对其实施同期放化疗以及化疗后获得的临床效果。方法方便选择吉林省通化市第二人民医院于2011年1月—2016年1月收治的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者92例作为研究对象。通过随机数表法完成临床分组。对46例观察组患者选择同期放化疗的方法进行干预，对46例对照组患者选择常规分割方式实施化疗。观察对比近期疗效、不良反应发生率以及远期疗效。结果观察组近期治疗总有效率为50.00%，不良反应发生率为23.91%，远期治疗总有效率为50.00%；对照组近期治疗总有效率为45.65%，不良反应发生率为19.57%，远期治疗总有效率为32.61%；两组局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，在近期疗效以及不良反应发生率方面，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在远期疗效方面，观察组明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论针对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，临床选择同期放化疗的方法进行干预，可以将患者存活率显著提高，不会表现出严重不良反应，可以显著提高远期疗效。

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Patients with Locally Advanced non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Results Recent observation group treatment the total effective rate was 50.00%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 23.91%, the long-term treatment the total effective rate was 50.00%; Its in treatment the total effective rate was 45.65%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 19.57%, the long-term treatment the total effective rate was 32.61%; Two groups of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer, in the near future curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions, no obvious difference (P>0.05); In terms of the long-term curative effect observation group is significantly higher than the control group (P< 0.05) Conclusion For patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer, clinical choice method of radiation and chemotherapy to intervene during this period, the patients survival rate can be significantly improved, not show serious ad-verse reactions, can significantly improve the long-term curative effect.
