肾动脉狭窄患者肾动脉支架术后血浆炎性因子水平与临床预后的关系

目的：探究肾动脉狭窄患者经过肾动脉支架手术后血浆炎性因子C—反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素(IL-6)的水平与临床预后的关系。方法整群选取2013年12月—2016年3月在北京军区总医院、济宁市第一人民医院等院接受治疗的肾动脉狭窄患者280例，其中198例患者接受了肾动脉支架手术，其余的82例患者没有接受该手术，通过对术前术后以及未接受手术患者的血浆中CRP和IL-6的因子水平测量进行对比分析。结果经过对因子水平的测定后，患者在手术后的炎性因子水平均普遍升高，在1个月后，对手术后患者检测中发现有45例患者体内的炎性因子水平增加。结论通过血浆炎性因子水平能够对患者在肾动脉支架手术后进行临床预后，可以帮助患者早确诊早治疗术后的并发症，改善患者的健康。

Relationship between Serum Levels of Inflammatory Cytokines and Clinical Outcomes after Renal Artery Stenting in Patients with Renal Artery Stenosis

Objective To explore the renal artery stenosis patients after the relationship between plasma inflammatory fac-tors C- the level of C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin (IL-6) and clinical prognosis of renal artery stenting. Meth-ods Group selection December 2013 to March 2016 in total hospital of Beijing Military Region, Jining first people's Hospi-tal and other hospitals accept therapy in patients with renal artery stenosis in 280 cases selected, which 198 patients who underwent renal artery stent, the rest of the 82 patients did not accept the surgery, the preoperative and postoperative and did not receive factor level measurement of CRP and IL-6 in the plasma of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After of factor levels were measured after, patients in the postoperative inflammatory factor levels were generally higher, af-ter a month, on the detection of patients after surgery found that has 45 cases of in patients with inflammatory factor levels are increased. Conclusion The plasma level of inflammatory factors of patients for clinical prognosis in renal artery stent surgery, early diagnosis and early treatment can help patients with postoperative complications, improve the patient's health.
