肿瘤影像诊断中MRI弥散加权成像的应用价值分析

摘    要:目的:探究肿瘤影像诊断中MRI弥散加权成像的应用价值。方法随机选取2013年8月—2016年2月期间该院收治的60例恶性肿瘤患者,在回顾性分析研究患者临床资料的基础上,对患者检查结果进行分析。结果60例患者中,0.5~18 cm为病灶直径区间,病灶边界较清,以类圆形或小规则分叶状肿块影为主要表现形式。 T1W1以低信号为主,T2W1呈现出不均匀高信号状态,肿块表现出较高信号现象,而间隔以相对低信号为表现形式。结论在肿瘤影像诊断过程中,MRI弥散加权成像应用价值较高,值得临床广泛推广。

Oncologic Imaging MRI Diffusion Weighted Imaging Value Analysis
Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of imaging diagnosis of the tumors in MRI diffusion weighted imag-ing (DWI). Methods A randomly selected in August 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital during the period of 60 cases of malignant tumor patients in a retrospective analysis based on the study of patients with clinical data, using MRI examina-tion, on the analysis of the results of examination of the patient. Results 60 patients, 0.5~18 cm diameter range for the le-sion, the lesion boundary is clear, to round or small rules lobulated masses as the main form of expression.T1W1 with low signal based, T2WI showed inhomogeneous high signal state, mass higher Signal phenomenon, and the interval to the rela-tively low signal as a manifestation. Conclusion In the process of tumor imaging diagnosis, MRI diffusion weighted imaging application value is high, it is worth to be widely used in clinical.
