中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的：对中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的疗效进行观察并探讨。方法方便选取2014年8月—2015年8月于该院全国名老中医药传承工作室进行治疗的110例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组方式分为研究组和参照组，每组55例，给予参照组西药（口服吗丁啉片）治疗，对研究组在此基础上应用中药辩证治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的消化系统症状评分以及总体治疗有效率进行观察并作比较。结果对比治疗后的消化系统症状5项评分，研究组上腹胀、上腹痛、早饱、嗳气和反酸结果分别为（1.28±0.32）、（1.03±0.31）、（1.67±0.26）、（0.76±0.21）、（1.06±0.31），参照组获得的评分分别为（1.77±0.47）、（1.68±0.57）、（2.21±0.46）、（2.21±0.46）、（1.67±0.61），研究组显著的优于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组获得的总体治疗有效率为98.18%，明显高于参照组获得总体有效率80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良采用中医辨证治疗，能获得较高治疗效率，值得在临床治疗中广泛应用。

Results Belching and acid regurgitation results respectively (1.28±0.32), (1.03± 0.31), (1.67±0.26), (0.76±0.21), (1.06±0.31), refer to group (1.77±0.47), (1.68±0.57), (2.21±0.46), (2.21±0.46), (1.67±0.61) (P < 0.05). The study group rate of treatment was 98.18%, effective rate was 80% (P<0.05). Conclusion Theory of deficiency of spleen and stomach function digestive adverse patients TCM syndrome .
