基于loft空间的旧工业建筑改建策略研究

后工业时代的到来使旧工业建筑大量废弃。在城市化飞速发展的过程中,旧厂区的更新以拆除重建为主,工业建筑的经济价值和历史文化价值流失殆尽。基于loft空间的旧工业建筑改造策略,源自于上世纪中期艺术家对于旧工业建筑的简单改造,而逐渐形成的改造手法能够真实地还原工业建筑的原真性,对我国当前的旧工业厂区更新存在指导意义。

Study on Reconstruction Strategy of Loft Space-based Old Industrial Building

A large number of the old industrial buildings are abandoned with the coming of post industrial era. In the process of rapid development of ur-banization, the renovation of old factorial district mainly refers to demolition and reconstruction, and the economic, historical and cultural value of indus-trial buildings has been drained. The reconstruction strategy of loft space-based old industrial buildings originated from the simple renovation done by artists in the middle of last century, which develops to reshape the authenticity of industrial buildings. It can offer some references for similar reconstruc-tion work in China.
