轻型钢结构设计轻量化的主要途径

摘    要:通过对已颁布的二本轻钢规程的学习,并结合工程实践,试论述轻钢结构,主要是门式刚架设计轻量化的若干主要途径,包括塑性设计,工形截面腹板屈曲后强度利用,楔形构件和变截面构件的应用,把中柱设计成摇摆柱,考虑结构系统相互约束作用和蒙皮效应等。

Abstract:With the study of the two Regulations for Light-weight Steel already published and combined with the engineering practices,this article has been written in an attempt to tackle the main methods leading to lightening of the light-weight steel structures,mainly the portal frames,includi ng the plastic designs,the utilization of post-buckling strength of I-shaped c ross-section webs,the application of tapered members and the variable cross-se ction members,the employment of rocking columns in multiple span frames and also considering the mutual restricted effect of the structural systems and the skin effect,etc.
