阻燃剂双(对-羧苯基)苯基氧化膦的合成及其应用

摘    要:双(对-羧苯基)苯基氧化膦(BCPPO)具有较高的热稳定性、氧化稳定性和耐水解性,是一种有很好发展前景的阻燃剂。笔者详细阐述了BCPPO的阻燃机理,通过分析不同研究者制备BCPPO的合成工艺,客观评述了各种工艺的特点,并全面介绍了BCPPO在高分子材料领域的应用,对今后BCPPO的研究提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Bis 4-carboxyphenyl phenyl phosphine oxide (BCPPO)is a preferable flame retardant because of its excellent thermal stability, thermo-oxidative stability and resisting-hydrolyzation. The flame retardant mechanism of BCPPO was described in detail and the characteristic of each synthetic technics was commented objectively by analyzing the synthetic technics of different scholars. The applications of BCPPO in polymer industry were commented comprehensively in this paper. And some suggestions were proposed for the research and development of BCPPO in future.
