| 摘 要： | 我国是畜产品生产大国,截至目前已经制订畜产品标准900余项,包括肉类相关标准600余项,乳品标准240余项,蛋与蛋制品标准50余项。这些标准涵盖了产品、生产管理、检测方法等方面,畜产品标准体系已初步建立。但是与CAC和ISO国际标准相比,仍有较大差距,明显落后于产业发展。通过对当前我国和CAC、ISO畜产品标准进行整理,分析国内外畜产品标准的差异,找出差距,提出促进我国畜产品标准体系建设的建议措施。

| Abstract: | The total scale of China’s animal product industry is the largest one in the world.More than 900 standards for animal products(including 600 standards for meats,240 standards for milk,and 50 standards for eggs)have been developed,and a standard system of animal products(including standard of product,production management and test methods)has been initially established.However,the standard system of animal products doesn’t meet the requirement of industrial development,and the system has a wide gap compared with international standards,such as standards of CAC and ISO.Based on collection of animal product shandards,differences between animal product standards of China,CAC and ISO were analyzed,and some suggestions were proposed on promoting China animal standard system development. |
