摘    要:以大叶白蜡叶为实验材料,采用滤纸片法,探讨大叶白蜡叶鞣质对三种食品中常见污染菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌)的抑菌活性。并采用梯度稀释法测定大叶白蜡叶鞣质对这三种菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明:大叶白蜡叶鞣质对三种供试菌均有抑制作用。鞣质浓度在1g/mL时,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为:15.37、13.24、13.18mm。最低抑菌浓度分别为:4.06、8.125、8.125mg/mL。

Abstract:With Fraxinus rhynchophylla leaves as tested object,the antimicrobial activities of tannin in Fraxinus rhynchophylla leaves on the food’s three common bacterials(Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa) were discussed with filter paper slice method.The gradient dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of tannin on those bacterias.The results indcated that tannin in Fraxinus rhynchophylla leaves could inhibit growth of three tested bacteria above.When the concentration of tannin was 1.0g/mL,the bacteriostatic ring were 15.37,13.24 and 13.18mm respectively.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of tannin in Fraxinus rhynchophylla leaves for three bacterias were 4.06,8.125,8.125mg/mL。
