沙棘SOD结构修饰及性质研究

摘    要:研究沙棘SOD纯化和化学修饰的效果。用沙棘原果为材料,经透析膜进行纯化SOD,选用月桂酸对沙棘SOD进行化学修饰,最后分别对天然SOD和修饰后SOD做热稳定性、抗酶解性、抗酸碱性和金属离子影响的研究。研究结论表明:修饰后SOD的热稳定性与pH稳定性均明显提高。与天然SOD相比,修饰后的蛋白酶酶切耐受性明显增强,同时金属离子对修饰后的SOD影响也较天然SOD不同。

Abstract:Optimal conditions of sea buckthorn superoxide dismutase were studied and the effect of chemical modified SOD was evaluated.With sea buckthorn as raw materials,choosing dialysis membrane technology for pure SOD,lauric acid was used as chemical modification on the sea buckthorn SOD.The natural SOD and modified SOD were taken respectively as subject to test on thermal stability,resistance to hydrolysis resistance,pH stability and effects of metal ions.Draw a conclusion that the modified SOD was significantly improved in the temperature stability and pH stability.Compared with the natural SOD,LA-SOD enzyme protease significantly enhanced tolerance,and metal ions had a different impact on the modified SOD than natural SOD.
